Hi everyone,

I’m exploring ways to automate lead and customer management using Saleoid CRM and connect it with other business tools. The goal is to automatically capture new leads, update customer information, and trigger follow-up activities without having to enter the same data manually.

I’m particularly interested in understanding the best way to handle:

Connecting Saleoid CRM with external applications
Sending new lead information automatically to other tools
Mapping customer and contact fields correctly
Keeping CRM data synchronized across platforms
Using APIs or webhooks for automated workflows

Has anyone worked with Saleoid CRM integrations or similar CRM automation workflows? I’d appreciate any suggestions on the best approach for setting up a reliable connection and avoiding duplicate or missing data.

Hey there,

Saleoid CRM is not directly available in Make. Also, I can’t find their API documentation anywhere. If you have a paid plan already, can you check if this is available at all?

If you can find it, then you can use the generic HTTP call module to connect to it with any other app that has API access.
