Help creating a customer service agent

Hi there,

I am seeking help from a Pro who can guide me through creating a customer service agent. The flow is:

  1. Customer sends SMS text to OpenPhone number with details about their issue
  2. The AI agent will interpret the question and match it to a known issue from this FAQ
  3. The AI agent will return an SMS text with the related solution, as mapped out in the FAQ

Some additional details about handling case closure are included, but the bulk of the value is in Steps 1-3.

Hey @DC,

Your process looks more like a chatbot using SMS. Why not to build chatbot that can access the entire knowledge base and also manage the questions it can’t respond?

If it is needed to be done with SMS for the communication, I would recommend to investigate n Vapi.ai that lets you build you SMS ai agent in minutes.
