Send text messages to customers + AI phone answering: how to?

Hi,

Let’s say there is a client with the following request:

  • I would like to have a system to send text messages to customers and maybe AI phone answering
  • I would like the the automation to send SMS to leads and also existing customers.

How would you approach it? I am open to suggestions.

Look into Twilio. They have what you need to be able to build exactly what you want.
