SMS automation for lead generation and existing customer management

Hi,

I am preparing a proposal for a client who is interested in automating lead management and customer management through SMS and Email (no Whatsapp). This person is not familiar with technology and is using GoHighLevel through an agency partner:

My questions are:

  • How would you approach this automation? Is it possible to automate directly into GHL? Or would I need to use a workflow builder like Make.com?

  • How much would you charge for set-up and maintenance?
