We are scaling fast and need a reliable builder who has hands-on experience connecting GoHighLevel to Make.com using webhooks. Our core workflows include lead capture and CRM routing, appointment booking and reminders, missed call text-back, review request sequences, AI chatbot responses via OpenAI, and daily reporting dashboards. We have tried building internally but need a dedicated specialist who lives in Make.com and can build reusable templates that clone across multiple client accounts. Looking for someone who has already solved GHL webhook triggers, OpenAI API calls, and multi-step conditional logic in Make.

This is the kind of GHL + Make work I would start with as a reusable client-template system, not one-off scenario cleanup.
For the first paid slice, I would pick one workflow such as missed-call text-back or lead capture, then lock the webhook payload, validation rules, OpenAI request/response schema, SMS branch conditions, Slack/internal notification, and a run log that makes failed or skipped records obvious. Once that path is stable, the same pattern can be cloned across client accounts without rebuilding the logic every time.

I am Carlos Silveira, a Spain CET full-stack automation engineer. My strongest fit is reusable Make scenarios: webhook intake, field normalization, OpenAI structured outputs, SMS and email branches, Sheets and Slack logging, error handling, and clone-ready handoff docs.
Honest note: I do not want to overclaim a previous GoHighLevel and Make production screenshot if that is a hard requirement.
