We are building a scalable, automated sales and operations system for MNE Waste Management, a South African medical waste disposal company operating nationwide.

Our goal is to implement an AI-powered automation system using Make (Integromat) that connects Shopify, email, and WhatsApp Business API to streamline customer acquisition, quoting, onboarding, and order processing.

What we need:

We are looking for a Make automation specialist to help us design and implement workflows that:

  • Capture and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email

  • Qualify leads and guide customers through our service using AI agents

  • Route customers:

    • To Shopify checkout for standard pricing

    • To a human agent for custom quotes (via email/WhatsApp)

  • Integrate with CRM tracking (lead status, conversion tracking)

  • Automate order confirmation and onboarding flows

  • Sync customer data between Shopify and our communication channels

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Make (Integromat)

  • Experience integrating Shopify APIs

  • Experience with email automation (Gmail/SMTP)

  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API (Twilio, 360Dialog, or similar)

  • Understanding of AI agents / conversational flows
