How I Approach Automation
I don’t believe every problem needs an AI agent.
Sometimes a simple automation is the best solution.
Sometimes AI should be added inside the workflow.
And sometimes the process genuinely needs an agent that can reason and decide what to do next.
The goal is always the same:
Build the simplest reliable system that solves the business problem.
I also use AI-assisted development extensively to accelerate research, integration, coding, testing and troubleshooting — allowing me to work across a wider range of automation and integration challenges.
