Its a unique situation. Google Meet Screen Share would be easiest. We run an model/ influencer agency for about 50 models. 100+ employees. Our models are primarily in the adult space (Onlyfans). This makes tracking traffic, conversions, MTA, etc more spread-out and complicated. For someone like you probably very simple solutions.
Our system for revenue and Onlyfans tracking is through Buddy X. We can export alot of data from there. We use Notion as a primary workspace. G Suite/ Drive. Our models use Link.Me instead of a custom domain for their links on Instagram because that is a whitelisted company to Meta. We use Meta Suite to track insights. Manual export from Meta Suite is terrible. I know we need to have a Meta → Make → Google Sheets → Notion type of automation there since Make/ api doesn’t pull in csv. format which seems to be the Meta issue. We use Telegram to communicate with all of our models as well as staff so automations there could be useful.
Link.Me allows us to have 1 GA4 tag, 1 Meta Pixel, 1 Tik Tok pixel per model page but i do not know how to set up the key events in GA, or use the attribution features in Link.Me to set up UTM parameters etc
We do not have internal IT so we need someone with expertise to optimize us.
We have no specific domain as it is earlier to adhere to Meta’s wishes using a company like Link.Me This makes tracking harder obviously but we are going to set up a domain with them for more server side data.
That’s why showing you everything will be much easier via Google Meet.
Really theres a lot of things to address but the starting point is this simple Meta one.
Sheets does not have to be involved if you can easily get the insight data directly to Notion database
