Senior engineer — complex Make scenarios, custom apps & API integrations, AI steps

I build Make.com automations for teams that have outgrown Zapier or hit the limits of basic scenarios. I’m a software engineer first, so when a scenario needs a custom app, a REST/GraphQL API integration Make doesn’t have out of the box, or an AI/LLM step, I can just build it instead of telling you it’s not possible.

Focus

  • Complex multi-module scenarios with proper error handling, retries, and logging
  • Custom app + REST/GraphQL API integrations
  • Make + AI (LLM steps, AI agents, document/email triage)
  • CRM & data sync (Airtable, HubSpot, Stripe, Sheets, Slack, e-commerce)
  • Fixes/rescues of fragile scenarios; Zapier → Make rebuilds

How I work: fixed-scope, tested, and documented — you get a scenario that doesn’t silently break, plus a short walkthrough so your team can run it.

Hi StudyPro team,

Syncing scheduling platforms like Mindbody via Make is a great way to automate booking workflows, but it often comes with a classic bottleneck: handling instant webhook data and rate limits without dropping appointments or customer records if an API call fails.

When mapping out your scenarios, it’s highly beneficial to build in a dedicated error-handling queue so that any failed syncs automatically retry instead of failing silently on the backend.

I build robust integration architectures specifically designed around database integrity and error-handling. I’d be happy to take a look at the workflow maps you already have put together and help you get this safely built.
