Je suis à la recherche de quelqu’un pouvant m’accompagner dans la mise en place d’un automate. Voici son objectif :
Je souhaite automatiser le traitement de documents techniques dans Google Drive. Mon workflow doit :
Surveiller un dossier Google Drive pour détecter de nouveaux fichiers au format PDF ou Word.
Extraire automatiquement le contenu structuré de ces fichiers (titres, sous-titres, paragraphes complets).
Reformater ce contenu en suivant un modèle Google Docs existant
Générer un nouveau document Word avec cette mise en page.
Déplacer automatiquement ce fichier final dans un dossier Drive de destination
Notifier par e-mail (via Gmail) si le traitement a réussi ou échoué, avec le lien du fichier final.
Je souhaite que tout ce processus soit 100 % automatisé, fiable, et basé uniquement sur des modules gratuits disponibles dans MAKE.
Je tiens à rappeler que je suis débutant, j’ai déjà travailler sur N8N mais la prise en main est tellement différente que je doute de ma capacité à compléter cet automate.
