Help Guide for Custom App

How do I release an help page on make.com like this - https://www.make.com/en/help/app/google-sheets

I have this integration app - https://www.make.com/en/integrations/poper

How can I contribute to help guide?

What do you mean, ‘like this’? The page is the same but for your App, right?

For technical issues like this, you will have to directly contact support.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

Yes as @samliew mentioned, it is best to open a ticket with Make support to see what the steps are for creating such a page.

I tried emailing, as @samliew mentioned. But it says that we’re no longer accepting tickets via email. And the Help Center, which they linked, cannot create tickets. Whichever option I select goes into help guides.

@Michaela or @vendy, is there someone who can reach out to @Poper for a help article for his app?

Currently, the only way to create a support ticket with us is via this form.


To express your wish to work on the documentation for your custom app, please.

  1. Select “Custom Apps” from the dropdown.

  1. Opt for the “I have a custom app” option.

  2. Select “App Development”. As you can see, there are some helpful resources on that page.

  1. If the resources do not answer your question, select “No” and fill out this form with your request. If you already have the documentation written, feel free to link to it in these fields.
