Dear gentlemen, I have been trying to get in touch with you for several days. I would like help to create automations that the artificial intelligence continues to give me unhelpful answers and eat up my credits. I need an email, a ticket, a chat, a whatsapp to get in touch with you. otherwise I won’t be able to get any kind of assistance. yes, so every customer can know where to turn when they get stuck. the artificial intelligence goes into a loop that cannot find a solution and only eats credits and is not given the opportunity to speak to an operator in any way. I would like to know who to contact, an email, a whatsapp and a chat and if this is not possible it is really worrying. Thank you.

      are you serious, is this your type of assistance if I have a problem for the development of an automation?. a quiz?. instead of passing an operator who gives an immediate answer we talk for hours with the artificial intelligence which does not give answers of any kind?. If you find everything so easy and intuitive, can I at least have a guide from someone who can tell me who to turn to if I have problems? the email seems to be too simple… I’m waiting for news.
