Help with google calendar scenario

I am wanting to create a scenario that enables a Vapi assistant to read my google calendar schedule to me. I was hoping that someone might know of a video that could take me through the process. I’ve looked extensively on youtube but haven’t been able to find what I’m after

Welcome to the Make community!

I would suggest completing the Make Academy before jumping into building a complete scenario. If you need specific assistance when you are building a scenario it’s easier to help you then. Otherwise, you can also hire a professional by posting a request in the Hire a Pro category.

Here are some useful links and guides you can use to learn more on how to use the Make platform, apps, and app modules. I found these useful when I was learning Make, and hope they might benefit you too —

Thanks for the response samliew. I have completed the academy and found it useful, my challenge is finding info that helps me create a solution to the problem I’m trying to solve. I’ll take a look at your suggested links. Thanks

You’ll need to look at which Google Calendar search module suits what you are trying to do.

Then transfer that information to Vapi. Are you sure Vapi is the right tool for the job? It looks like there isn’t much integration/modules with the Vapi features that you want to use. https://www.make.com/en/integrations/vapi

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

Hi @Jim_Badans

Thanks for reaching out to the community.

You need to use the Google search module and configure the prompt in VAPI to accomplish this. Typically a big task of 3 to 5 hours when we needs do enough testing in VAPI to suit our requirement considering timezone and human touch.

We have done a couple of videos as well on the same. You can find the link in the bio.
