I never seem to get a response to my helpdesk tickets?

I’m just following up on your recent support tickets. Our team sent a response to all of them a few days ago, and we’re ready to help further as soon as we hear from you. Can you also please check your spam box? :folded_hands:

Can you share the number of the ticket for which you are waiting for a reply?

Nothing in spam box. More or less all my tickets have not had a reply.

Please, send us the numbers of unreplied tickets. You will find out the numbers in the confirmation emails received after submitting them. :slight_smile:

Yes, but when I tried to respond to your last email, it got bounced. All the responses you sent to me were initial questions on the ticket and I replied to them. What I didnt get was a response that suggested a solution to my problem.

We sincerely apologize, but it appears that we haven’t received any responses from you following the initial ticket submission. Our last messages in the conversation are from our Support Agents, and we’re currently waiting for your reply with the requested information to proceed. Only after sending you this additional information will we be able to send you a recommendation on how to resolve the situation.

Somehow you are not getting my replies. I have sent them and they were not bounced. Not sure what the problem is but it is impacting my experience with Make support.

We’ve reviewed the situation, and we can confirm that each one has been responded to by a Customer Care agent. It seems there may have been an issue preventing the replies from reaching you directly.

To ensure you have access to all responses, please log in to the Customer Care portal, where you can view the full history of your tickets and our replies. You can also respond to us directly through the portal if needed. :slight_smile:

One more information from my side. We’ve investigated the issue and found that our emails to you were being affected by Google/Gmail’s anti-spam policies. :frowning:

We have now “white-listed” your email address, which should resolve the problem. You can now follow up on all the tickets where you still need help, and we will get back to you promptly.

What about my emails to you. I have responded to your last mail and it was bounced.

Your emails were unmarked as spam and will be replied to from our side. :slight_smile:
