we would like some advice to how integrate LINE messaging and integrate a online share calendar to display and share appointments on both sides. (retailers and us). what kind of integration apps: webhook? (JSON, Zappier, airtable, others)? Different approach?
If you want to schedule the messages or have a log of the messages a database is needed. Airtable is a good choice if the plan is to build this into a internal application later on.
To get data from an online retail website you need to use thier api if they have one. The major platforms such as shopify, bigcommerce, wix, woocommerce all have apps built on make to make it easy for you.
For a shared calendar you can use something like Google Calendar which has an app on Make as well.
