Hi Talent Team, thanks for sharing this opportunity.

I’m a Make.com automation specialist with strong experience building and maintaining complex scenarios including routers, scheduling logic, advanced error handling, API integrations, and data transformation workflows. I’ve worked across stacks involving Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, AI integrations, and custom HTTP/webhook implementations.

Availability: 15 to 25 hours per week

Regarding pricing, I normally work on a fixed project basis. Once we properly discuss and understand the full job scope, I provide a clear timeline and fixed project cost rather than charging hourly. This helps keep delivery structured and predictable for both sides.

Relevant Experience:

  1. Built multi channel B2B automation connecting CRM, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and AI call workflows with monitoring and failover handling.

  2. Developed onboarding and payment automations linking e-signature, invoicing, payment tracking, and automated resource delivery.

  3. Built AI content and publishing pipelines connecting generation, video production, and multi platform distribution.

You can review similar projects and samples here in my Website Portfolio.

If this aligns with what you’re looking for, you can reach out to me directly via folafoluwaolaneye@gmail.com or book a quick call to walk through your job scope and requirements.

If you prefer, we can also proceed officially and discuss everything securely through my Fiverr workspace
.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi — I can help with this. I’ve been building and maintaining Make.com automations for 8+ years across Notion/Sheets/Gmail/Slack stacks, including HTTP/webhooks, routers, scheduling, retries, and clean documentation for handover.

My rate is $50/hr and I can support 10=20 hrs/week starting immediately. Recent work includes API-driven intake + routing flows, CRM/contact syncing, and “error-safe” scenarios with logging + alerts so failures don’t stop operations.

If you’d like, I can DM a couple of redacted scenario screenshots and quick descriptions of the flows,

Hi @Talents_Team,

This is a strong fit for what I do. I run Evara AI (incubated at IIT Bhubaneswar), building automation systems and AI integrations for clients across the US, UK, and Africa.

**Relevant experience with your stack:**

- **Make.com:** Multi-step scenarios with routers, error handling, webhooks, and scheduled triggers. Built complex workflows integrating CRMs, payment systems, and notification pipelines.

- **HTTP / REST APIs:** Deep experience with OAuth2 flows, paginated API calls, webhook receivers, and custom HTTP modules for APIs without native Make connectors.

- **Notion + Google Sheets + Gmail + Slack:** Built client-facing dashboards syncing Notion databases with Sheets, automated reporting pipelines to Slack, and Gmail-triggered intake workflows.

- **OpenAI / Claude AI steps:** This is my core specialty — I build AI-powered classification, summarization, and decision-making steps within Make scenarios, plus custom Python modules when Make’s built-in AI hits its limits.

**Two recent examples:**

1. **AI-powered business analyzer** for an Amazon seller (9 agents, Claude API, Slack alerts, automated pricing decisions) — orchestrated via Make scenarios feeding into a shared context layer.

2. **Multi-client content automation** pipeline — Airtable + AI APIs + publishing workflows with conditional routing per client.

**Rate:** $30/hr

**Availability:** 15-20 hrs/week, flexible on timezone overlap

**Timezone:** IST (UTC+5:30), comfortable with async work

Happy to share scenario screenshots or walk through any of these live. Feel free to DM me here or reach out at priyanshukumarmaurya2224@gmail.com.

Best,

Hi,

This is a good fit for ongoing contract work if what you need is someone who can own the unglamorous parts as well: routers, schedules, retries, error handling, HTTP or webhook integrations, and messy field mapping. That is usually where Make setups either become reliable or become a maintenance problem.

If you are still hiring, I would suggest starting with one representative scenario or troubleshooting task first and using that as the basis for part-time ongoing work.

Hi @Talents_Team,

Most automation experts understand modules; very few understand the Legal and HR compliance risks behind the data they move.

My background is a unique combination of Law (LLB) and Finance (MBA). I don’t just connect apps; I build ‘Bulletproof’ workflows where data integrity, labor law compliance, and risk mitigation are the foundation.

I specialize in Make.com + AI (Claude/Gemini) for Corporate Ops. Instead of a portfolio link, I can show you a live Legal-Ops scenario running in your browser today.

Rate: Premium quality, fair value. Availability: 15-20 hrs/week (Flexible).

Hi Talents Team - TinyOps Studio can support part-time Make automation work where the hard part is APIs, webhooks, routing, retries, and clean handoff documentation.

Rate: $75/hr for Make/API implementation work.
Availability: 10-15 hours/week to start, async-first.

Relevant examples I can walk through:

  • lead intake and routing flows with dedupe, validation, and failure logging
  • Gmail/Sheets/support routing that turns messy inbox data into structured handoffs
  • API/webhook integrations where Make handles orchestration and small JS/Python helpers handle edge-case logic

The best first fit would be one existing scenario that needs troubleshooting or one new workflow with clear inputs, outputs, and acceptance checks. If that matches what you need, I can DM a short work sample and availability window.

Hi. I can help with Make.com contract work around API/webhook scenarios, routing, error handling, and documentation. My usual first step is one paid scenario build or hardening slice at $55/hr: test data, run logs, failure handling, and clear maintenance notes. If useful, I can start with one existing scenario or one new integration.

Hi Talents_Team,

Still open? $40/hr, 20h/week, EU timezone.

Three live production examples:

  1. Hospitality intelligence pipeline — Google Places +
    weather API → Claude/Mistral routing → Airtable →
Brevo PDF delivery → Stripe billing. Weekly, automated.

  2. Weekly Health Check — monitors 6+ live services,
    error handling, uptime alerts.

  3. Stripe webhook → Airtable → Loops email flow —
active paying customers running through it.

Happy to share scenario screenshots.
DM open on my end.

Leo

Hi Talents Team, saw your contract Make.com Automation Engineer post.

I can help with part-time/scoped builds across Make, Notion, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, HTTP/webhooks, and AI steps.

My focus is reliable scenarios with clear mapping, error handling, documentation, and handoff.

Happy to start with one $149 paid trial task if that helps you assess fit.

Best,
Rajesh

Hi @Talents_Team — I can support smaller overflow slices around Make/API-style automation work, especially where the output can be reviewed with sample input/output and clear handoff notes.

Rate: $30/hr for a first test slice, or fixed-price if the scope is small and well-defined.
Availability: 10-15 hrs/week, async-first, GMT+8.

Relevant examples I can share:

Best-fit tasks for me: webhook/API cleanup, Google Sheets mapping, lead intake → qualification → follow-up notes, structured error/failure notes, and documentation for handoff. I’m not pitching myself as a senior Make architect; I’d be more useful for a narrow paid test scenario or overflow implementation slice first.

Still available and ready to start this week.
My stack matches what you described — happy to jump on a quick call
or share scenario screenshots directly. DM open.

Hi Talents_Team,

Since DM isn’t available, posting here:

Rate: $35/hr
Availability: 20h/week, EU timezone, available this week

Three live scenarios:

  1. G1 Hospitality Pipeline — Airtable → Firecrawl → Claude API →
Brevo HTML email. Scheduled weekly, zero manual input.
  2. Weekly Health Check — HTTP → Claude API → Mistral, error handling,
    resume logic. Live in production.
  3. Stripe webhook → Airtable → Loops email flow — active paying
    customers running through it.

Screenshots available. Happy to connect however works for you.

Leo
