Lately I’ve been exploring the potential of AI automation in streamlining daily business tasks. Tools like Make.com, Zapier, and custom AI workflows can save a lot of time by automating repetitive processes - from data entry and reporting to email and CRM updates.

I’ve seen some businesses use AI automation for:

  • Customer support (chatbots + ticket routing)

  • Marketing campaigns (personalized emails, content suggestions)

  • Operations (connecting apps, syncing data, reducing manual work)
