Lately I’ve been exploring the potential of AI automation in streamlining daily business tasks. Tools like Make.com, Zapier, and custom AI workflows can save a lot of time by automating repetitive processes - from data entry and reporting to email and CRM updates.

I’ve seen some businesses use AI automation for:

  • Customer support (chatbots + ticket routing)

  • Marketing campaigns (personalized emails, content suggestions)

  • Operations (connecting apps, syncing data, reducing manual work)

I’m curious to learn more from this community:

  1. Which AI automation tools are you currently using?

Definitely for small teams, it is worth looking at. However, if you are looking to hire someone to automate your business, you can better post this in the hire-a-pro section.
