Lately I’ve been exploring the potential of AI automation in streamlining daily business tasks. Tools like Make.com, Zapier, and custom AI workflows can save a lot of time by automating repetitive processes - from data entry and reporting to email and CRM updates.

I’ve seen some businesses use AI automation for:

  • Customer support (chatbots + ticket routing)

  • Marketing campaigns (personalized emails, content suggestions)

  • Operations (connecting apps, syncing data, reducing manual work)

We have been exploring AI automation in our business and have found AI agents really helpful for handling repetitive tasks like organizing data, tracking projects, and managing routine communications. Platforms like Agentra make it easier to set up these kinds of workflows without needing constant manual input.
