I have just signed up for a Teams trial and I have been an organization but I can’t see how to add team members.
I did, however, just notice that I deleted the default organization and it appears that I can’t assign my custom organization to the free trial until my trial expires … so perhaps this is the problem?

You’ll have to invite the user to the organization-level first. Once the user has accepted, you can select their team roles.
