I am encountering an issue where I am unable to log in to MS Teams while using the “Send a Message” feature, as it requires admin approval. What steps should the admin take to grant me the necessary access to log in?
This is a question for your MS Teams administrator – they will have received a prompt from Teams to do something.

In order for Make to authenticate to your Teams account your Teams administartor must approve the request. Tell them an external system is trying to make a connection with your account.
Yes i have tell them they give me admin rights too. But there are large number of admin rights we are unable to find the correct one. As you can see in the following image

It’s not a right you need to grant – you need to actually do something to approve the request for Make to connect. I suggest you talk to your MS Teams administrator, or talk to Microsoft.
