This is a question for your MS Teams administrator – they will have received a prompt from Teams to do something.

In order for Make to authenticate to your Teams account your Teams administartor must approve the request. Tell them an external system is trying to make a connection with your account.
It’s not a right you need to grant – you need to actually do something to approve the request for Make to connect. I suggest you talk to your MS Teams administrator, or talk to Microsoft.
