I’ve successfully uploaded a video and the specs of the video I uploaded are for Reel. However, it was uploaded as just a video instead of a reel. I guess that’s what’s supposed to happen because the action said “Upload a Video,” and not “Upload a Reel.” My question is, is there a work around to upload a Reel? Or is this really not supported for now?

At the moment this functionality is not supported for Facebook. It’s only support for Instagram Reel.
You can create feature requests for the other apps and I would definitely recommend you to open Idea Exchange dedicated to that purpose. This is the most efficient way to make your inquiry visible and taken into consideration. Plus the fact you are notified as soon as your request has been implemented.
