How can i use multiple Strings on one Module Input

You cannot do that with the Email watch module, while the Gmail watch module allows a custom query:

My advice is to use Gmail, or apply a filter on your external mail service to “sort” incoming emails into a specific folder that the Email “Watch Emails” module can watch.
