How do I map salesforce ID for every Survey 123 Response

How can I map Salesforce IDs to each Survey123 response? I want to integrate Salesforce with Survey123, and I have matching fields in both systems. However, I’m having trouble linking responses to each contact in Salesforce. I’d like to generate a report of responses by contact.

You need to poll for the responses by using a watch module for the form and then you can map the id into the salesforce module you want to use.
