How do I update a Contact in Brevo no matter which list the Contact is in?

I selected all the lists and it ended up adding the Contact to all the lists - I don’t care what list the Contact is in I just want the Contact to be updated, with no effect by or to the list at all.

Please Help.

Old post, but anyway: could it be that you simply do not have to select “lists” necessarily so that list membership does not get updated in any case?
