Is it possible to purchase additional transactions not from the App?

  • The problem is that the client is not available at the moment, and I need to work further. I can’t add my payment method to his Make account, but I could pay if I had the details to top up the transactions.

  • Is there such a possibility? If so, then give me the details and tell me what I need to fill in so that I can top up the client’s account.

To purchase extra operations, you would need to be an owner or an admin of the organization and have access to the payment method associated with it. If this doesn’t align with your current situation, you may need to wait until your client is available to purchase extra ops.
