How to cancel a free trial pro plan?

Hi, Ms. Vendy/Community Manager,

Can you kindly let me know how to cancel a free trial pro plan? It does not seem to be a process to do it online at Make.com.

Hello @Nan_Hua, welcome to the Make Community.

The trial will automatically expire, and you’ll be switched back to the Free plan unless a payment method is added to your organization. No action is needed from your side :slight_smile:
