How to create outlook event from sent email

I am having issues with making a flow to automate our process of contractor calendars.

I have a calendar in outlook and I send outlook emails of the following format:

Subject: Contractor Visit
Contractor Name:
Date: MM/DD/YY
Time: 8:00 AM (example time)
Time End: 9:00 AM (example time)

However, I am running into an error when I need to create an event from the start time and end time. Can you advise.
