as you can see in the screenshot, my automation stopped due to it being validated as fake, how can I disable the validation check or handle the error so it wont stop my scenario’s again

Try an error handler on the MailChimp module. When you right click on MailChimp you will see add error handler. There are various different types depending on what you’d like to do.
