I have an automation in which I post automatically on several social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Now I want to receive the daily statistics from each platform. With Instagram it worked quite simply. When I select the “Get a Page” module for Facebook, I always get the same error:
The operation failed with an error. (#100) This endpoint requires the ‘pages_read_engagement’ permission or the ‘Page Public Content Access’ feature. I have already checked all facebook permissions several times, but I can’t find a solution. When I search for the error message, I keep coming back to the note that I should add the permissions in my app. But I don’t have an app. I just want the statistics for my Facebook page, such as posts, new followers, total number of followers, likes, etc.
Does anyone here know the solution?
