I have a WhatsApp Trigger at the beginning of my scenario, listening to incoming messages from a user
Then, my Step #2 is sending a new message to the user, asking him to click one of the reply buttons…
How do I wait for a reply message? How do I listen and wait for the user’s response?
So I can respond based on the user’s reply?

I advise you to create a separate scenario that listens for replies. Scenario’s have a maximum running time of 40 minutes and cannot ‘wait’ for external responses mid-scenario.
