How to push attachments (PDF invoices) from Xero to Airtable

Hello there,

I need to extract PDF invoices attached to Xero invoices and push them to Airtable, but I’m getting 404 errors when trying to access the attachments (DataError[404] “The resource you’re looking for cannot be found” Xero Correlation ID: 2f0f55a9-6553-4068-a8fd-96449d06342a)

My current setup:

1. Using “Xero - Search for Invoices” module to find invoices

2. Then list attachments (to get an idea if there is something behing)

3. Then download attachment BUT this returns an error.

I have attached here two screenshots for overview (plus blueprint)

What I’ve tried:

• Using the Invoice ID to get attachments (but also Attachment ID)

• The invoice definitely exists and has attachments

Questions:

1. What’s the correct Xero module to use for pushing invoice attachments from Xero to Airtable?

2. Do I need to get the Attachment ID separately before downloading?

3. Does the DRAFT status prevent attachment downloads?

4. What’s the best way to then upload the PDF to Airtable once I retrieve it?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! impossible to find any resource on the internet
