How can I have a scenario triggered when someone texts a particular code to a short number (preferably) or a regular phone number?

I want a scenario to send a text reply that includes a URL with the sender’s phone number included as a parameter in the query string. Or, even better, a short URL that redirects to a URL as previously described.

If you are using a cloud phone service then setup their webhook and watch for new messages. Else, setup the Android module to watch messages received on your phone.

Hi. I think Twillio has this feature. Then you can integrate using the APIs with Make. But I recommend you look at the Twillio APIs doc first.
