I have built a phone agent with Retell.ai. I am using dynamic variables but the phone agent never uses them. What is the issue here?

You can check the previous modules sending the data and also check the mapping for accuracy
You might need to actually type out the “Key”, instead of mapping a variable in those fields.
vorname
autohaus
fahrzeug
etc..
