HTTP 401 while login into make.com (needing to try login twice)

While login at make.com

  1. Login using my Google Account. Browser works loading content
  2. Login ends returning a HTTP 401 status that is also shown as an error in login windows
  3. Try login again, exactly the same way
  4. Now login works fine and I enter in my organization

Is this happening also to you?

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please try to do the following troubleshooting steps:

Summarizing: As with an incognito window the problem does not happens it’s considered solved by support.

On my side I’m not willing to waste more time on it. I will do a re-login attempt every time it may happen. Although the core problem is not found.

Same problem happening here for over a year now. I’m using Wavebox as a browser – which is a chromium based browser. I’m managing multiple make.com accounts for my clients and using different cookie containers. Within the same cookie container, I only login to one and the same account. However, very first time in the morning when I have to login – I have to login twice. All subsequent logins are just fine – it seems that something is expiring, like a cookie and it causes this behavior.
