I am trying to get a google slide to automation completion and delivery to a person who completed a course through GHL

Hello, I am trying to create a workflow with Make and I do not see the FAQ answer anywhere.

I AM BRAND NEW AT THIS PROGRAM I need help solving this problem+ I would pay someone to help me solve it, but prefer the instruction.

  • I have create a new scenario. I need the following sequence to happen.
    • Create a Webhook that connects to GHL workflow.
  • When someone completes a course within GHL=Product Completion

-Goes to the WEBHOOK in Make
-Creates a duplicate slide from the original google slide
-Maps the name of the contact from GHL to fill in to the new certificate awarded to area
-Maps the date the certification was completed to the date field in the

  • Send the email to the client with the new downloadable certificate
  • send the internal team the email
  • then place the client into a workflow

Here is additional information;

I do not know how to do this as I do not yet understand the details.

Im stuck at this part because there are many options, I do not have the answer to.

Webhook is good
The Google Slide seems to be associated by it is supposed to dulpicate it with the persons name and date of completion then stor in a drive folder, then email the client and us.

Stuck

Welcome to the Make community!

To allow us to help you, please provide the following missing information:

1. Scenario blueprint

Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mappings and settings. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

(Note: Exporting your scenario will not include private information or keys to your connections)

Uploading it here will look like this:

blueprint.json (12.3 KB)

2. Output bundles

Please provide example output bundles of the Custom Webhook trigger module by running the scenario, then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module, save the contents as a text file, and upload it here into this discussion thread:

Providing the output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.

3. Public share link of your Google Slides template

self-explanatory.

Following these steps will allow others to assist you here. Thanks!
