What is your goal?
I want to trigger Fathom transcripts and summaries into Make via webhook, then send them to Claude to normalize and structure them into full cleaned summaries plus a daily overview.
What is the problem?
I am completely stuck at Step 1. The Fathom webhook trigger is not working properly in Make. Either the webhook is not firing from Fathom or Make is not catching it. Because of this, I cannot even retrieve the transcript or summary data to move forward. I have deleted and recreated the webhook multiple times, reconnected accounts, and restarted everything, but nothing works. I cannot get past the trigger stage.
What have you tried so far?
I deleted the webhook and recreated it multiple times.
I reconnected Fathom to Make.
I rebuilt the scenario from scratch.
I tested different webhook configurations.
Nothing has worked so far and I am stuck before I can even start the transcript normalization or Claude processing.
