What is the problem & what have you tried?I have signed up for access to this document and it was declined. Also the owner of the subscription tried to and was also declined, how do we get a copy?

We now also have the SOC 3 report (a summarization of the SOC 2 Type II evaluation) freely available. Go to https://trust.celonis.com and select “Make” in the list at the top right and you’ll see a link to the SOC 3 report.
If you need the full SOC 2 Type II report you’ll need to open a request through our sales team. Go to https://www.make.com and click the “Talk to sales” link near the top right.
