Hello,
My company is conducting a study regarding the contracting of the platform and needs the SOC2 certification information. This is an important factor for us, since we deal with customer data and to ensure compliance with our security policy, our security team requests this certification.
The security pages were a bit ambiguous regarding the details, and this is an important factor when working with customers. Another question: since Make is from Celonis, does the information on the website https://trust.celonis.com/ apply to Make or only to the Celonis platform? Thank you!
Hi Andrey. Welcome to the Community!
The Make SOC2 report is available on request. Please log a ticket with the customer support desk and they’ll follow up accordingly.

Thanks David!
Ok, I will open a ticket
I’m not sure I understood the path here very well, the information is still ambiguous. When I try to open a support ticket, I’m told that they have ISO 27001 with the link https://www.celonis.com/trust-center → https://trust.celonis.com and that they are working on the SOC2 certification (however, in the same Celonis link, there is the SOC2 certificate).
What is the correct interpretation, please? Should the certifications on the Celonis website be considered since they are the same company or does Make really not have SOC2? I need more direct feedback on this if possible.
Thanks!
