I’m trying to figure out whether AI Agents are GDPR-compliant. make states they are GDPR-compliant, hold an ISO 27001 certification, and operate within a SOC2-compliant infrastructure. However the AI Agents rely on ChatGPT, which is not considered GDPR-compliant due to data transfers to the US and unclear data handling practices.
Does make.com host ChatGPT within the EU to ensure data privacy, or are the AI Agents not GDPR-compliant after all? For context, I’m using the EU2 region (eu2.make.com).
