It used to work fine but keep failure and return in error since 2 hours ago (8pm, 7 Feb, GMT + 8)

Scenario was deactivated by Make because of reason: Scenario has encountered an error while being processed. Fix the error or clear the queue. The reason is: 500 | An error occurred in AI Agent Service.| It looks like something went wrong. Please give us time to fix it..

The issue was probably related to Deepseek api not workign since new ai agent update

The error message I receive is: “500 | An error occurred in AI Agent Service” on my side.

Moreover, the issue is now reproducible, failing approximately 2 out of every 3 times on average.

I made no changes to the scenario.

For your information, I am using the AI model “global.anthropic.claude-haiku-4-5-20251001-v1:0” distributed by Amazon Bedrock.

I’ve noticed that when I encounter the “500 | An error occurred in AI Agent Service” error, I can work around it by temporarily switching to another model, such as “global.amazon.nova-2-lite-v1:0,” using the same Amazon Bedrock AI provider connection. This alternative model works without issues.

After using the alternative model a few times, I’m able to switch back to the original AI model, which then runs successfully without any errors
