I want chat gpt to summarize a group of google forms that are an event survey.
- My first step was to create Watch New Rows Module in Google Sheets. ( The Google Form Responses are housed in a Google Sheet) This seems to work fine.
- Step 2 was to add a “Create a completion” Module in Open AI Im having issue getting the Chat gpt to summarize the data taking into a account the Question/Header in the response. Also I have to manually select each column but i imagine there is a better way to have Open AI read the whole document or all the new rows ?

2. Scenario blueprint
Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mappings and settings. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.
(Note: Exporting your scenario will not include private information or keys to your connections)

3. And most importantly, Input/Output bundles
Please provide the input and output bundles of the trigger/iterator/aggregator modules by running the scenario (or get from the scenario History tab), then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module and select “Download input/output bundles”.

Save each bundle contents in your text editor as a bundle.txt file, and upload it here into this discussion thread.

If you are unable to upload files on this forum, alternatively you can paste the formatted bundles in this manner:

Providing the input/output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.

In the Open AI module where it says message Content: What do I put so that Chat Gpt knows to analyze the whole document

In the Screen Shot you’ll see some of the questions the bundle is answering. When you look at the output from module though it just contains the answers which I think is why chat gpt is feeding me summaries that can seem out of context because it doesn’t have the context of the questions. How could I get the question included with new answers sent to open ai.
You will have to use a Text Aggregator to combine all new form submissions.
Then you will need to paste the questions before the answers:
