Instagram auto reply comments

I have this scenario that automates instagram comments replies, now that I ran it once I’m wondering, if I receive a comment and my scenario replies, and then I receive another comment and run the scenario again it will reply to all comments again, how can I avoid that? I guess it is with some type of filter but I do not know exactly how to configure it
