My goal is to have new comments on Instagram automatically replied to whenever they appear, while also making sure that previously answered comments are not replied to again.

Hello, sorry for the silly question, I’m very new to this.
I’m trying to create this automation for automatically replying to comments on Instagram. So far the first test worked well, but I’m running into the following issues.
It only responds to comments while the scenario is running, meaning a comment has to appear exactly while the scenario is active. Then I tried running the scenario with comments that had already been posted, but it didn’t detect them. I set it to run with existing data, but I received this message. I’m not sure how to fix it.
Additionally, I would like it to reply only to comments that haven’t been answered yet, but I’m not sure if that’s possible.
My question is whether I need to keep the scenario running all the time (which I think isn’t possible since it stops automatically), or if there’s a way for the scenario to detect new and unanswered comments when it runs, so it doesn’t reply to the same comments again and the issue can be solved.

Did you activate the scenario? That would “keep the scenario running all the time”.

Did you add a filter after Watch Events to exclude replying to your own comments?

Also, check the webhook’s queue for existing comments.

Thank you very much. I didn’t know those options existed. I’ll look for them and share my progress. I’m very new to this and wasn’t aware that those possibilities were available. Thought that run the scenario and activate was the same thing
