Not really work again
I find that it is not working well every time?
Hello @here
Thanks for keeping us updated regarding this issue.
As already mentioned, the issue originates on Meta’s side, and there is no solution we can offer you on our end.
Please, engage in the conversations in the Meta’s dev community, where other users raised this as a bug. This way the post gets more visibility.
Thanks!
I’ve been having the exact same problem for weeks. I reconnected, it worked for a few days, and then it stopped again. I’m doing a whole transformation so that an image is always uploaded in standard JPG format stored in UploadCare. I don’t know what else to do; it doesn’t make sense. It worked perfectly for months and then suddenly started having this problem. I can only imagine it’s a backend issue. Maybe changes to the Instagram API or the integration with Make itself?
Thanks for this I have tried it but it’s still coming with the same error.
Appreciate you trying a solution though, suppose we have to wait until Instagram fix it their end
Hi everyone,
I’m running into a DataError (9007, OAuthException) when trying to publish a post to Instagram via Make.
The scenario is split — one route publishes to Facebook, the other to Instagram.
The Facebook part works fine, but the Instagram part fails randomly with this error:
Media ID is not available (9007, OAuthException)
Has anyone encountered this issue or found a fix?
Where is make.com on this? Its pretty clear that its an issue in make implementation of the module as widepsread 9007 issues arent. reported elsewhere.
Hey @here,
We apologize for the lack of updates. The team was on-site attending Waves '25 and helping out with the event organization.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any new information we could share with you. As @Stoyan_Vatov mentioned, the issue originates on Meta’s side, and there is no solution we can provide on our end.
Thank you for keeping us updated and for your patience
.
Please get on top of this…
It’s like a seesaw. I tried Canva as a repository and it worked the second time. I tried Airtable as a repository and a public link, which only stays public for 2 hours, and it worked the second time. But I feel like it’s roulette. If you’re interested in detailed information, write. We worked on Airtable for about 2 hours.
What are you trying to achieve?
Post to Insta using “Instagram for Business (Facebook Login)” with a photo that has been uploaded to AWS.
Steps taken so far
The route occasionally does uplaod to Insta but more often than not I get the error “Media ID is not available (9007, OAuthException)”. “Instagram for Business (Facebook Login)” module doesnt seem to have an option for Media ID parameter either.

Am I the only one who can’t upvote the ticket in the Meta community?
an update for all to see if it works for you - it worked for me - i combined a couple of these solutions until it works natively again in make.
-
re-auth connection - which we have all tried and done this at this point
-
add a cloudconvert module for the URL - you can find the settings in a screenshot attached. (note: enter your own URL parameter)
-
add a Break node after the IG module as suggested by @Mathieu3
flow seems to working consistently with 2 tests working just fine. only a moment ago. I was stuck on this for 2-3 days like most others. Workflow now working again.
Any News on this subject?
Hey,
Is this solution still working 5 days later?
Same issue here, adding a break and other fixes don’t work…
Ive tried them all and they work for a bit but then pack up
Appreciate that this is a Meta Issue, but surely Make have some ability to update us even to say that Meta have acknowledged the issue- like they did with Google Sheets earlier this year

Our Instagram for Business connection (Facebook login) disconnects every 3–5 minutes in Make; the modules fail and I have to reauthorize the connection to get it working again.
Observed behavior:
Posting images with Instagram for Business (Create a photo / Create a photo post / Publish media) works, but after 3–5 minutes, subsequent runs start to fail.
Errors observed:
OAuthException / Media ID is not available (9007) in Publish,
sometimes “invalid session / token” (need to log in again).
If I reauthorize the connection in Make, it works again for a few minutes and then crashes again.

Comportamiento observado:
-
Publicar imágenes con Instagram for Business (Create a photo / Create a photo post / Publish media) funciona y, a los 3–5 min, los siguientes runs empiezan a fallar.
-
Errores observados:
-
OAuthException / Media ID is not available (9007)en Publish, -
en ocasiones “invalid session / token” (necesidad de reloguear).
-
-
Si reautorizo la conexión en Make, vuelve a funcionar por unos minutos y se cae de nuevo.
Same issue here. Any news ? Even after reauthorizing connections, I still have the 9007 bug with the instragram module and a jpg image.
