HI I’ve built a custom GPT that works pretty well for a specific use case in my chatgpt account.
how do i access this custom gpt through make.com in the modules. I don’t see an openAI module that allows for me to access a specific custom gpt that does this.
does anyone know how to integrate this into make.com.

ChatGPT (https://chat.openai.com) does not have a publically-available API. Did you mean OpenAI (https://platform.openai.com)?

Yeah I have access to the openAI api, but i want to perform the same functionality as the custom GPT that I built in chatgpt. Is there a way for me to query this gpt through the openAI API?
“ChatGPT & Plus” and “OpenAI API” models are two separate products.
You might have bought the consumer chat “Plus” version at chat.openai.com, which is NOT compatible with Make, because they have no API access at all, and can only be accessed via the web interface/mobile apps.
okay so nothing in chatGPT is available on the API? I have the API access to and use it in other scenarios but can only do things like use the vision module, or make a completion module.
Yes, this is correct. ChatGPT and its features are not accessible by any third-party product like Zapier and Make anywhere in the world due to it not being available on their API.
so woud the best bet here to replicate something like customgpt to use the assitant function in the make.com module?
I dont think you understand what he’s asking. I might be wrong but what I am looking for and what I think Andy is asking for, is something like what Zapier does with custom GPTs you are able to connect your custom GPT with Zapier and then connect to an external app like docs or gmail or trello etc
@ayokunle_John - you are correct thats essentially what I’m asking but it seems like chatgpt and API functions are completely separate which is a bit frustrating!
Yes I do.
I said no, you cannot (query CustomGPTs built in ChatGPT), because ChatGPT is a separate product and there is no API for ChatGPT Plus.
You can however, create your own CustomGPT using the OpenAI APIs and use that instead.
