Get this error when I try to add Claude module in Make.

For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

I have exactly the same problem and no answer to my ticket.

Has anybody received an answer yet? Same problem here.
nothing conclusive for the moment, only information to say that they are analyzing the problem
+1 on getting the [404] model: claude-instant-1 error.
This may be due to model deprecations.

What’s the solution? Make does not let us choose a model when making the connection.

Just adding my 2 cents, I’m having the same issue.
I think it’s probably due to model deprecation. I remember reading their announcement that they are retiring Claude 1.3 and below in November so if you were not an existing user before the deprecation date you won’t have access to them.
