Invalid Apollo APi Key

Hey guys,

Need a bit of help with this. I’ve create a master api key in Apollo and have copied that exact key into the api key section when I attempt to connect the Apollo module it comes up as invalid api key. How do I move forward with this?
Cheers

Did it ever work for you at anytime?

Hello @matt_gibson @M_M1

Thanks for raising this in the community.

I just wanted to let you know that we are aware of this issue and that it has been reported to our devs for investigation.

While we investigate, you can use the HTTP Make an API key Auth request which works well based on our testing. Please paste the API key here:

For the endpoint requests, please refer to Apollo’s documentation and call the desired endpoint: https://docs.apollo.io/reference

We are very sorry for any frustration and disruptions this may be causing and we’ll keep you informed as soon as we have any updates.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding  .

I have couple of Workflows that have Apollo, and they further use the data that it provides. It would be a lot of work to overwrite everything. Is there a timeline when this is expected to be fixed? Just to estimate what is the best course of action.

Hello @M_M1

Unfortunately, we do not have a specific ETA to share at the moment. However, our development team is actively investigating the issue and treating it as a high priority.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any trouble this is causing. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

Hello again @M_M1 @matt_gibson

Our dev team has confirmed that the connection should now be working properly. It appears that there was a temporary issue on Apollo’s side.

Could you please test it on your end and let us know if everything is functioning as expected?

Thank you very much for your cooperation
