Is anyone working with systeme.io?

Hi Everyone,
Is anyone using systeme.io as their platform and is using the paid intergraton software?
I purchased the software and I’ve been back and forth with support and the developer about getting this to work.

I’m running facebook ads, I’m collecting emails. that’s it.
make.com pulls the email info from Facebook and puts it into systeme.io.

I’ve wasted 2 days back and forth with support and the developer and it seems they’re making it more complicated than it should be by adding filters and things

if someone is workiing with systeme.io , can you let me know and i’ll post my issue.

thanks

There is a systeme.io integration by Synergetic.

You can install it here https://www.make.com/en/integrations/systeme.io

If you need further assistance, please provide the following:

1. Screenshots of module fields and filters

Please share screenshots of relevant module fields and filters in question? It would really help other community members to see what you’re looking at.

You can upload images here using the Upload icon in the text editor:

2. Scenario blueprint

Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mappings and settings. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

(Note: Exporting your scenario will not include private information or keys to your connections)

Uploading it here will look like this:

blueprint.json (12.3 KB)

3. And most importantly, Input/Output bundles

Please provide the input and output bundles of the modules by running the scenario (or get from the scenario History tab), then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module and select “Download input/output bundles”.

A.

Save each bundle contents in your text editor as a bundle.txt file, and upload it here into this discussion thread.

Uploading them here will look like this:

module-1-input-bundle.txt (12.3 KB)
module-1-output-bundle.txt (12.3 KB)

B.

If you are unable to upload files on this forum, alternatively you can paste the formatted bundles in this manner:

  • Either add three backticks ``` before and after the code, like this:

    ```
    input/output bundle content goes here
    ```

  • Or use the format code button in the editor:

Providing the input/output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.

Following these steps will allow others to assist you here. Thanks!

Here’s everything asked.

The initial reason for the problem is that there is absolutely no documentation for setting this up.
I had error after error
For 3 days I’ve been back and forth with support and the developer about setting this up because i have no idea how. I had to follow the set up for another CRM.

Today it completed, BUT

i never received the test email contact in systeme.io.

Figured it out. There really should be some sort of documentation for systeme.io set up. Everyone it pointing to the paid intergration but there’s no documentation on how to connect facebook OR ANYTHING with make.com and systeme.io. Support and the developer were of NO help. I had to waste 3 days of trial and error to finally figure it out.

Hey there @rgrimmond :wave:

We are sorry to hear about your recent experience and believe me when I say that it’s important for us to address any concerns about our product. That said, I want to clarify that the documentation of community apps is under the control of external developers, and unfortunately we do not have the authority to alter it.

We do provide a set of guidelines and rules regarding the documentation to our developers. However, if they choose not to stick to said rules, the issue is out of our hands.

We understand the frustration this may cause. If there’s anything else that we can assist you with regarding our community don’t hesitate to reach out to me. :pray:
