[Help] Is there any way i can set up every 24/h we list all the clickup records that have “Awaiting Payment” and check how long since the day has been updated on the record, and if the date has been updated over a certain amount of time we send an email!

Have you already tried to use the “List Filtered Tasks” module for this? I think you can use the filters in this module to fetch the tasks that you need and send the data to the Email module.
