What is your goal?

I want to build a automation that when a business gets a missed call it sends a message back to the person who just called asking how can we help so that the business doesnt miss leads.

What is the problem & what have you tried?

i dont know where to start

To send a message back to the person, you’ll need to know the number that called.

To do this, you can try using the Android “Watch completed incoming calls” module —

Triggers when a device registers a completed incoming call.

what about on ios. when the person being called has a iphone

Unfortunately, iOS has more limitations, so I don’t think you can do it without a third-party service.
