Hi. I would like to create a company knowledge base in Notion, where we will structure our internal knowledge about processes.
The final effect of this implementation will be a company Chat to which each employee will be able to write and receive personalized answers about our procedures and the company. I would like to connect Notion to Airtable, where we will collect data in the form of a database, which we will then be able to query and transfer information to GPT. Creating Notion, a database in Airtable, and connecting GPT via Make are simple things for me.
However, I have a problem with which application to use to write questions and answers. Do you have any idea what tool to use?
It would be best if there was something that worked like the GPT interface. I will add that I tried Slack but it is not a good solution for me and my company
